Job Summary

Complete construction by planning, organizing, and controlling job sites
Completing quality inspections
Orienting, training, assigning, scheduling and coaching employees
Communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring and appraising job contributions while adhering to company policies and procedures
Ability to read blueprints, plans and specifications for each project
Erecting structures
Ensure the job site is safe and clean
Meet operational standards by contributing information to strategic plans and reviews, implementing production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying construction management systems improvements
Equipment Operation - Crane, telehandler, manlift
